BATTERY POWERED PALLET TRUCK
For the operation of the fully battery powered pallet truck, we first switch on the main switch and ignition switch. For lifting and lowering the load, we use the lowering-lifting button on the control handle. When the lift button is pressed, the energy from the battery is transmitted to the lifting hydraulic pump and the hydraulic pump performs the lifting operation. For lowering, we use the lowering-lifting button on the control lever. When the lowering button is pressed, the lowering valve on the pump is activated and the lowering movement is provided.

The progress control button command, which provides forward-reverse driving, is transmitted from the pot to the motor from the driver card and the pallet truck advances at the speed given by the operator. There is a horn button on the control handle of the fully battery powered pallet truck. At the same time, there is a reversing safety button on the control handle. The reverse walking safety button on the handle sends the machine one step forward from the operator in case of contact with the operator and prevents an accident that may occur if the operator gets stuck between the machine and the obstacle.

In Lion battery-powered vehicles, short-term charging does not harm the battery life. However, the charge of lion batteries should not be completely consumed. Completely consuming the charge of Lion batteries may cause malfunction in the battery.
