As Paftar, we show maximum sensitivity to the security of your personal data. Your personal data are processed and stored in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

Pursuant to KVKK No. 6698, your personal data that you share with paftar.com may be processed by us, in whole or in part, automatically or by non-automatic means, provided that it is part of any data recording system, by obtaining, recording, storing, storing, changing, rearranging, in short, subject to any kind of processing performed on the data. 7. Storage and Protection of Personal Data

paftar.com is obliged to prevent unlawful processing of personal data in accordance with Article 12 of the KVKK, to prevent unauthorised access; to take software measures such as hashing, encryption, transaction recording, access management and physical security measures to ensure their preservation. If it is learnt that personal data is obtained by others illegally, the situation will be immediately notified to the Personal Data Protection Board in writing and in accordance with the legal regulation.

8. Keeping Personal Data Up-to-Date and Accurate

Pursuant to Article 4 of the KVKK, paftar.com has the obligation to keep your personal data accurate and up-to-date. In this context, in order for paftar.com to fulfil its obligations arising from the legislation in force, our members are required to share accurate and up-to-date data or update them via the website / mobile application.

9. Rights of Personal Data Owner Pursuant to KVKK No. 6698

Article 11 of the KVKK No. 6698 entered into force on 07 October 2016 and in accordance with the relevant article, the rights of the Personal Data Owner after this date are as follows:

  • Personal Data Owner, paftar.com (data controller) about him/her by applying; 
  • To learn whether personal data is processed or not, 
  • Request information if personal data has been processed, 
  • To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,

  • To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, 
  • To request the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, 
  • In case of correction, deletion or destruction of personal data, to request that these transactions be notified to third parties to whom personal data are transferred, 
  • To object to the emergence of a result to the detriment of the person himself/herself by analysing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, 
  • In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, it has the right to demand the compensation of the damage. 

10. Contact and Application Method

The Data Controller Representative to be appointed by paftar.com will be announced in the Data Controllers Registry and on the internet address where this document is available when the legal infrastructure is provided.

Personal Data Owners can direct their questions, opinions or requests to the e-mail address info@paftar.com.

paftar.com may give its positive/negative response to the requests in written or digital media, provided that it is justified and responds within 30 days. It is essential that the necessary procedures regarding the requests are free of charge. However, if the transactions require a cost, paftar.com reserves the right to charge a fee. These fees are determined by the Personal Data Protection Board over the tariff determined according to Article 13 of the Personal Data Protection Law.
