BATTERY POWERED STACKER
-Our cordless stacker is divided into 3 categories as E series, G series (Euro and American type) and heavy type full battery stacker.
-E series; There are models with a carrying capacity of 1.5 tonnes and lifting heights of 160 cm, 200 cm, 250 cm, 300 cm, 350 cm.
-G series Euro model full battery stacker models; It is divided according to 160 cm, 210 cm, 310 cm and 360 cm lifting height. G series stackers with 1.5 tonne carrying capacity have operator platform.
-G series American model stacker models are divided according to 160 cm, 210 cm, 310 cm and 360 cm lifting height. 1.5 tonne carrying capacity American series stackers have operator platform. The most important feature of these stacking models is that the balance legs can be opened and closed.
-Heavy type model stackers are available with pedestrian control and operator platform models. ES1546ZF pedestrian controlled stackers, ES1646 and ES1655 models are fully battery powered stackers with operator platform. It has 460 cm and 550 cm lifting height.

For the operation of the fully battery powered stacker, we first switch on the main switch and ignition switch. For lifting and lowering the load, we use the lowering-lifting button on the control handle. When the lift button is pressed, the energy from the battery is transmitted to the lifting hydraulic pump and the hydraulic pump performs the lifting operation. For the lowering process, we use the lowering, lifting button on the control lever. When the lowering button is pressed, the lowering valve on the pump is activated and the lowering movement is provided.
We switch on the main switch and ignition switch so that the fully battery powered stacker can drive forwards and backwards. For forward-reverse movement, the command is transferred from the feed pot to the driver card and the speed values given from the driver card are transmitted to the engine and the stacker advances as much as the speed given by the operator. The turtle button on the control lever allows the stacker to move slowly in safe driving. In addition, the turtle button provides easy operation when the arm is in the upright position in areas with limited manoeuvring space.
There is a horn button on the control handle of the fully battery powered stacker. At the same time, there is a reversing safety button on the control handle. In order that the machine does not pinch the operator while the operator is moving unsafely in the blind spot in reverse walks, the reverse walk safety button on the arm sends the machine one step forward from the operator in case of contact with the operator and prevents the accident that may occur when the operator is stuck between the machine and the obstacle. For this reason, the arm has a sensor that measures the inclination and the stack can only move when the arm is tilted.
You must use the fully battery powered stacker in accordance with the operating instructions and specifications. The battery indicator on the stacker must not fall below 25%. The battery should not be removed from the charge before it is fully charged. The inside of the lift must be lubricated with liquid press and the hydraulic oil in the pump must be changed regularly. Walking and manoeuvring should not be done while the load is up, which is the general working rule of all stacker machines.
